Retek’s Clear Base Heavy Duty Floor Epoxy is a two-component, solvent-based epoxy designed to provide a durable and attractive protective coating for new and existing floors. It is clear in colour, easy to clean and maintain, and comes in a convenient pre-measured kit.

Recommended uses:  

This heavy-duty flooring system can be applied over new or existing concrete, ceramic tile, wood, and metal surfaces. For concrete surfaces, apply an Epoxy Primer as a preparatory coating to improve adhesion by penetrating the substrate and creating a stronger bond. The primer also helps eliminate bubbles and pinholes caused by concrete outgassing. The system can be installed on vertical surfaces such as steps and walls. A non-slip aggregate can be added to create slip-resistant floors, walkways, or stairs, and demarcation lines or traffic safety markings can also be applied.
